From this project I have analyzed that leadership styles generally needs proper skills

as well as knowledge for making the project successful. This style of leadership within the

project is quite sufficient in order to run the projects quite successfully. I believe that a leader

must need to lead the project by giving proper direction to the team members of the project

about their job as well as responsibilities in the project. However while undertaking this

project, I have learnt that leadership is fluid that means that a leader needs to change their

style depending on the situation. In addition to this, this project has taught me how to achieve

proper ideas from their various team members of the project in order to synthesize them for

developing proper common goal of the project. I have also realized the significance of

communication as well as conflict management within the project.

In the ICT profession, a project manager will generally need proper skills as well as

knowledge in project management in order to handle the project effectively. Proper

knowledge in project management methodologies are required by the project manager so that

they can utilize appropriate methodology of project management as per the project type.

The project manager generally requires proper soft skills including new technologies, system

integration as well as system. In addition to this, it is very much important for ICT project

manager to have proper excellent skills in project negotiations so that they can applied in

various analytical skills. Excellent organizational as well as management skills are very much

indispensable as it assists providing proper opportunity to work with the team members

independently.
