PROFESSOR’S COMMENTS
C1C. SWOT ANALYSIS OPPORTUNITIES
One appropriate external opportunity is present: the growing consumer demand for healthier products. The marketing tactic of using influencers is an internal factor and not an appropriate external opportunity. Please provide a new second external opportunity.
C3. GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGY
The required elements of a go-to-market strategy are present. As C1 does not pass, this aspect cannot pass due to alignment. Once C1 is revised, this aspect can be fully evaluated.
