Watch a movie, sitcom, or news channel to generate (A list of negative words and a list of positive words) a list of trigger words that set off emotional reactions. Consider those words that evoke positive emotions, such as happiness and surprise. Then, explore words that prompt anger, fear, sadness, and disgust. Also, discuss how it can be that certain words trigger your emotions; look for commonalities with the lists you generated (i.e., Trigger Words). 

1. Pick a movie, sitcom, or news channel to watch.

2. Read Chapter 3 before you watch the movie, sitcom, or news channel.

3. Generate two columns of words (1. Positive Words 2. Negative Words)

4. Discuss how it can be that certain words trigger emotion within you and analyze if there are any commonalities with the list.
