Training seminar

For this task, imagine that you have been asked by a local mental  health center to give a training seminar for its beginning group  leaders. The topic of the session should be: Group stages and leader  responsibilities.

You are expected to give an overview of group  stages, and the related tasks and behaviors of the leader in each stage.  Pay special attention to the special challenges the beginning group  leader might face in each stage. Include one training exercise in which  the group can participate.

Support your seminar with at least five research articles published in peer-reviewed journals in the past five years.

Length: 5-7 pages (not including title and reference pages)

Your  paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and  concepts and provide new thoughts and insights  relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly  writing and current APA standards.
