Training Program 2

I already have the first portion of my training program done I just need to second half. I will attach the instructions for the second portion of my training program as well as the first part of my training program so you can see what it is on. Also if maybe you can fix some things in the first half that you might see missing I would appreciate it. 

In my training program that I attached I already have section 1-3 I am only missing sections 4-6.
