Topic: Business Ethics

We all understand that ethical behavior is critical and we have read about events where a lack of ethics led to unethical and harmful behaviors.

Please provide a full three page essay on what you believe your key learnings have been from business ethics and how you will use these learnings in the future.  I am looking for only three references that were substantial to your learnings.  All the rest are your thoughts.
