Read the article “Coaching Models for Leadership Development: An Integrative Review.” Using the five key elements of coaching models, describe what element you think will be most effective when working with organizational clients. Describe how this element might contribute to their overall flourishing within an organization.   What element would be least effective in an organization? Explain why. After reading the GCU Statement on the Integration of Faith and Work, GCU believes:

“God, the Almighty, created the world, placed humans beings within it, and blessed them by making them responsible for cultivating and carrying for creation. Therefore, we are assured that our work within the world matters to God and our neighbors and that we honor God by serving others in ways that promotes human flourishing.”

How might the Christian worldview contribute to overall flourishing within an organization?
