Topic Paper Assignment Instructions

Overview

This assignment is meant to integrate course material within a specified topic that applies directly to the adolescent. Gathering information to provide an informed perspective is an asset to any helping profession, especially when attempting to help provide healing and hope to others. Having an objective mindset, analyzing data, and incorporating it into real-life situations is imperative to furthering individual and collective psychological growth. Incorporating up-to-date research is important for data to be relevant and applicable and skills needed when working with individuals in the mental health field.

Instructions

· Choose a topic that is of personal interest and is relevant to adolescent development (suggested topics provided below).

· Write an informative paper that explores that topic and incorporates research to support your information.

· Refrain from personal opinion and personal pronoun use.

· You must include information from at least 5 scholarly, peer-reviewed sources published within the past 5 years in addition to the Bible.

· Your paper must contain 5-7 pages of content not including the title page and reference page.

· Use current APA formatting.
