The company has grew drastically from a simple domestic refiner and distributor of serving only kerosene to a worldwide multinational corporation. ExxonMobil manages over one million barrels per day of natural gas liquids and a abundant amount of power as well as helium. The company provides service through three business to business segments which are Industrial and wholesale, marine, and aviation. ExxonMobil today has 34,000 retail gas stations. ExxonMobil Human Resources mission is to speak with all employees on every level in the company about the company benefits, recruitment, policies, and etc. and to lead business partners into highly effective change management initiatives.
