Executive Summary

 This the HR department of UnitedHealth Group which is located at 9900 Bren Road Minnetonka, Minnesota we are an insurance company. We serve many to help them to have better healthier lives. We have 260,000 employees and 30,000 HR worker.

 To better serve the company we have been doing research on our company in hopes to find how to we can improve and find was to make the hiring process more effective for the company. In this study we also did a study on three of our top competitors to help to see if we could find anything we could learn to improve on. This department is always looking for way to improve itself.

 Our finding shows much of the same ideas, yet we found a few things to help the training by the class. In the most part we learn many things that will not only help the HR department but others. The insurance companies are very similar to us maybe we need fresh ideas to see the hiring come to be a better working machine in the company.
