Module 2 focuses on team performance, productivity, and rewarding teamwork. Based on your understanding, discuss the following:

Define 'team productivity.'  

As a manager of a technical team, how will you measure your team's productivity--will you use just the final product or will you include in your measurement any interpersonal elements?  

For most IT managers, if a teams is very productive, how would she or he probably reward the team or would she or he probably skip rewards.  How should a manager reward a team?
