Team Leadership/Management Style

Part 1: Our text book lists several frustrating aspects of teamwork.  List and define the top three frustrating aspects.  What can you do to make sure these three aspects do not impact your class team?  

Part 2: DeRue, Barnes, and Morgeson (2010) found that team leadership style effectiveness depended on the level of charisma exhibited by the leader.
