Title Page and Reference List

The purpose of this assignment is to create an APA title page and reference list for a research paper. Use the attached “reference list template” to complete this assignment.

Select a topic to research. You may use Google Scholar, the GCU Library, or other reputable websites to conduct your research.

Part 1
Research and select 10 relevant, current (within the last 5 years) sources on your chosen topic. Create two APA style references for each of the sources and organize according to the different types of sources. These sources are listed on page 2 of the template:

• Book
• Journal article without a digital object identifier (DOI) number
• Journal article with a DOI number
• Journal article with a permalink
• Website

Part 2
Using the 10 current references, create an APA style reference list on page 3 of the template.

Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.

This assignment uses a rubric. Review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the expectations for successful completion.
