The narrative voice is very strong, and the thesis is clear. 

Keep in mind that each paragraph should contain a minimum of 5-8 sentences. There is no specific maximum number. 

For APA format, remove your last name from the header. If you are using Word, the easiest way to get the page number to change is to go to "Insert," then select "Page Numbers" (top, right-hand corner). 

Also for APA format, 

In terms of APA formatting, the title page is missing some information. Include the title (in bold, centered).  Under your name, you'll put: Dept. of Education, Interdisciplinary Studies & Creative Arts, Elizabeth City State University  You'll write the course info as follows: ENGL 317: Advanced Composition Write out the date: September 22, 2026

Make the title bold at the top of page two.
