Time

Time is an interesting idea because it has many levels or aspects.  There is astronomical time measured in billions of years, such as the life of our sun.  There is historical time, measured in thousands of years as in the major civilizations.  There is geological time which is measured, usually, in groups of millions or hundreds of millions of years.  And there is the time of the human life span that is measured in years or decades.  Or emotional time, measured in moments, at times. Which of these, or others, has the most impact and the least on Marshall’s sense of equilibrium?  Think of where Marshall lived and worked and how that may have affected his sense of time.
