Thucydides on History

Read some selection from Thucydides and write a one page paper from the topic below:

Topic: Discuss Thucydides' description of the plague in Athens in light of what we know about ancient Greek medicine. In addition to using Thucydides' text, "The Plague in Athens during the Peloponnesian War" on the Livius website, you should also check out some modern interpretations of this well documented medical epidemic in the Ancient History Encyclopedia.
