Thesis statement

I need help with a unique thesis statement on the topic child abuse

This was my original thesis statement 

Community and social factors such as gender and social inequality, easy availability of alcohol and drugs, and high unemployment levels have increased the rate of child abuse. 

However this is what my teacher wrote 

Think about specifics for this statement and review past research to identify a "future studies" and limitations from past studies. This action may bring more specifics to your topic.
