theory of Generation by Karl Mannheim

 I need to have a paragraph about each theory (Theory of Generations propounded by Dr. Karl Mannheim in the 1920s and 30s and learning network theory by Van der Krogt proposed in 1995) that tells what the theory is, provides some evidence or support from the original theorist for each and then using the info in a paragraph to make a connection between the theory and strategies to prepare millennials for leadership roles in the workforce.
