• Choose a Theory: Select one of the three key theories of emotion discussed in the course textbook (James-Lange, Cannon-Bard, or Schachter-Singer). Explain why you believe this theory is the most accurate in explaining emotions.

• Strengths and Weaknesses: Discuss at least two strengths and two weaknesses of your chosen theory. Highlight its advantages and address any limitations or criticisms it may face.

• Personal Experience: Share a specific emotional experience from your life that aligns with your chosen theory. Describe the situation and the emotions you experienced and explain how this experience supports the theory.

• Research Question: Formulate a question related to your chosen theory that you want to explore further. Clearly state your research question, explain its importance, and describe what you hope to discover.

• Investigate Findings: Research your question and share three interesting findings with your classmates. Summarize each finding and provide insights into how they contribute to our understanding of emotions.
