i need to make a report about 15 pages but i have no time i am internship i spend my time in there, my friend advised me to ask here

the report is about the second-hand market and the age of goods.

I am asked to study this article, and to summarize it, especially with the model and its resolution (with the equations and the explanations and how to solve them with calculations in appendix). and introduce a tax on polluting emissions.
