The Leaders Standing: Power, Pride and Organizational Politics Instructions

This assignment examines the effective use of power, avoidance of pride and handling organizational politics.

In writing this 1600 word paper you will:

1. Compare, contrast and evaluate what scholarly leadership literature vs. the Bible says about these 3 topics: power, pride, and organizational politics. (write at least 600 words)

2. Describe at least 2 examples from literature and 2 examples from the Bible in each of these 3 categories: power, pride, and organizational politics showing success or failure in these categories. (write at least 800 words)  

3. Provide new thoughts related to this topic. (write at least 200 words)

This paper must include at least 10 references in addition to the course textbook and the Bible.

In-text citations are required to support your points, statements, issues, arguments, concerns, and opinions.
