The Heart of Great Management

After reading the article, The Heart of Great Managing (attached), you are going to create and submit, a visual using Google Draw or any other infographic development program. The visual will identify, illustrate and describe four (4) key elements that are at the heart of effective management.  Consider all the best management experiences you have had, in addition to the information in the article. You must use more than five (5) illustrations and can use text to provide an explanation of each if you choose.

Your graphic should identify:

1. 4 key elements at the ‘heart’ of management.
2. Illustrations for each.
3. Brief explanations for each as well.
