Six attributes are taken into consideration in this case, with focus on five towns, that is, Little Rock, Stuttgart, Daisy, Pine Bluff and Newport. The attributes, that is, traffic count, building lease and taxes, building size, parking space, insurance cost and ease of access, came as a recommendation from the board with an objective of searching and landing the most suitable town to have the restaurant business invested in.
