Problem: The Dining Philosopher problem solved using monitors. Java and C accepted.

Instruction:

Implement the Dining Philosophers Problem using Java or Ansi C. 

Include a main function that prints to stdout when the conditions for the monitor change (i.e. show the transition between states in the monitor.)
