Design and describe the process for the technology integration, 'the remedy' (from the week 5 assignment), into the practice setting.

· Construct a PPT presentation that provides your reader with the following:

· Using the prompts at the top of the PDSA form construct an Aim Statement for your planned/proposed technology integration - slide # 2 (after title slide)

· Following the prompts/questions in only the Plan section of the form provide an overview of your plan to implement 'the remedy' you have selected for your technology integration - 7 to 10 slides

· Include at least 3 recent peer-reviewed journals to support your plan.
