technical communication

I have to finish this paper by tomorrow it is a proposal. However, I just need the 5 pages of content.  I just need the (Introduction: statement of the problem, background, objective, need, and scope) and (Proposed plan: benefits, methods, timetable, projected cost, and expected results.) and the conclusion.  

It's about how to improve communication in the kitchen of chick fil A for a better environment for all the workers. (Note: there is no projected cost at all for this proposal it just to reform the training that every worker goes through).

I placed in files the assignment and an example of the assignment. 

I need 7 works cited and 3 of them have to be scholarly, and in-text citation of all the work cited.
