Tech & Behavior - Seeking Participants For A Quick UX Research Interview
Hi everyone!
I am currently working on a university research project for my Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) class. My study focuses on how push notification designs and app alerts impact students' and professionals' daily focus and digital multitasking habits.
To collect qualitative insights, I am looking to conduct a short, casual interview with a few volunteers!
Who can participate?
Anyone who uses a smartphone daily for study, work, or leisure.
Students or working professionals who experience frequent app notifications or distraction.
Anyone interested in digital well-being and productivity tools.
No technical or design background is required at all!
Interview Details:
Duration: Around 15–25 minutes.
Format: Conducted online via Google Meet, Zoom, or Discord (whichever is most convenient for you).
Privacy & Confidentiality:
The session will NOT be broadcasted or shared publicly. It is strictly for academic data analysis.
Camera is optional (audio-only is completely fine).
Your identity will remain strictly anonymous—no real names or personal identifiers will be included in the final report.
You can skip any question or end the interview at any time.
If you're willing to share your daily tech experiences or have any questions, please reply to this thread, send me a direct message, or place a bid on this post. Your participation would be a huge help to my study!
Thank you so much for your time and support!
Best regards,
Geometry Dash
