Team Performance, Productivity and Rewording Teamwork
Module 2 focuses on performance, productivity, and rewarding teamwork. Based on your understanding, discuss the following:
Define 'team productivity.'
As a manager, how will you measure your team's productivity?
What conditions have to be in place for a team to be productive or successful? Who is responsible for each of these conditions?
What are some threats to productivity?
As a manager, If one of your teams is very productive, what rewards are available to reward the team?
Can you classify types of rewards and tell when each should be used? (Example, monetary rewards vs. non-monetary rewards) (two examples of a non monetary reward are a simple thank you, and a preferred parking place.)

• Expand on your colleagues' postings by providing additional insights or contrasting perspectives based on readings and evidence.
