Team Goal Setting Intervention

Intervention: TEAM GOAL SETTING (Individual Paper submitted by EACH learner)

Intervention Papers (min 3 pages ) – Each student will submit an Individual Intervention Paper reflecting on the specific OD.

Intervention experienced during the week. The paper should include:

(1) Type of Intervention – State & define the specific intervention attempted

(2) Intervention Process – Description of the actual intervention experience, as it occurred in your team during the week

(3) Recommendations – Discuss what could have been done differently to improve the intervention by the group leader or group members

(4) Learning Outcome – Discuss what you personally learned from this intervention experience. Provide examples.
