Write a 4 page paper in APA format You MUST provide citations and references with peer reviewed articles to support your research; specifically address the following issues:

1. In terms of the context of a team as described in the text book, describe what a team is. How does your case exemplify the team concepts?
2. From the case you selected, try to align the people or departments that were on the team to the ideal characteristics of the different individuals who make up Six Sigma teams? What was the organizational structure?
3. Explain the importance of projects and project management in Six Sigma using the DMAIC process. How was that process used in the case you found?
4. Was the training of the team addressed in the case study?
5. Did the structure of the team seem to contribute to the successful completion of the project? Why or why not?
6. Explain how the team measured its benchmarks and its success.
