Team

 Describe the benefits of teams for both health care organizations and for individual team members. Discuss the characteristics of dysfunctional teams and potential methods for resolving the dysfunction. Your initial post should be at least 300 words. Support your response with a minimum of two scholarly sources.    

Guided Response: Review your classmates’ posts and respond to at least two substantively in a minimum of 100 words by Day 7.  In your responses, share an experience you have had with a dysfunctional team and how some of the methods for resolving the dysfunction, as described by your classmates, could have helped.
