Alicia_BalieIn this assignment you are required to teach English at a company. The following is a description of the company: A Chinese debt collection call/contact centre. They are currently collecting debt in Cantonese and Mandarin. They have a very basic understanding of English. The company wants to assist their English speaking clients in English. You are required to design the following: A script of a typical debt collection conversation. Conversations usually have objections, so remember to include small added scripts detailing different scenarios. Lesson plans for a minimum of 3 separate days. Over these 3 days you need to cover the phonetics of English, industry specific vocabulary and script work. You have the option of one lesson plan per day or designing multiple lesson plans per day to cover what you are doing for the that day. All lesson plans must be in the PPP (Presentation, Practice, Production) format. Please include examples of your proposed resources (flashcards, worksheets etc.)
