taxation research paper

my topic for my paper is reasonable compensation in closely held corporations. 

its one of those research papers where you can not quote anything but its simple 

so to begin with i have to pick three articles from check point  and basically you have to summarize each article, describe the tax payers argument, the IRS argument, and what was the judge rule and why.
