The Internal Revenue Code contains many provisions where employers can offer fringe benefits to their employees. The employers deduct the fringe benefits as business expenses and the benefits are tax-free to the employees. It's a win-win. There are limits, of course. And the fringe benefit plans cannot be discriminatory (benefit some employees and not others). Which fringe benefits have you personally seen before? Also, discuss two major concepts from Chapter 4 other than fringe benefits.
