Tax Reform Article

Please submit a one-page (1.15 spaced) description of how you would change the tax law to either make it simpler or more equitable.  Your change can be quite small or sweeping, but it must be realistic and specific (i.e. you cannot “close loopholes”). You should consider what new incentives your change may create for taxpayers.
