2. Identify at least three team goals.
Note: These goals should be based on concepts from the course that your team will apply while working together over the next few weeks. Avoid using aspects from your timeline.
Ensure regular and consistent communication through various communication channels to enhance collaboration, synergy, and foster an environment of trust and consensus.
Establish and meet project deadlines and due dates to ensure timely delivery
of project. This will be accomplished through collaboration and facilitation.
Establish a collaborative decision-making environment through open dialogue, constructive feedback, and fostering an environment of trust and empathy.
3. Determine the timeline you will follow during your presentation development. Provide the detailed timeline here, with specific due dates for completion of steps the team will take toward completion, as well as the actual completion date.
Timeline: Dec 10th to 23rd, 2025.
Presentation initial submissions to team: Dec 17th, 2025
Team initial review and feedback: Dec 19th, 2025
Team Final Edit: Dec 21st, 2025
Submission for Grading / Completion: Dec 23rd, 2025
4. Determine the team decision-making policy to be implemented (by consensus? by majority vote?).
Consensus: due to the smaller scale of Team Ares, we have decided to leverage a consensus-based decision making policy. This will allow us to have a voice in the best method of completion for the project.
5. Create a plan for ongoing communication and file sharing. ( What will be the primary method for communication? How will urgent issues be communicated to the team? How often will the team meet or communicate each week? Etc. )
Team Meetings: Dec 14th & 21st @ 5:00pm, Dec 16th & 18th @ 7:00pm (spans two weeks – condensed due to the Christmas holiday)
Ongoing Communication and File Sharing: Microsoft Teams
Urgent Issues: Text message or phone calls
6. Create a conflict management strategy that will be implemented during the presentation development.
Group discussion and compromise allowing everyone to share their ideas and discuss differences of opinion. We will then leverage a consensus to apply a course of action.
