For this assignment you will be documenting an example/application of the use of drones within the contemporary law enforcement or emergency response environment (or some other related area such as humanitarian assistance or wildlife conservation). The first step I would suggest is to do some research and find a suitable topic or example and possible sources/references ( minimum of three sources ). I would recommend focus on a bit broader use of drone tech versus a single incident or example which you might find difficult to get multiple sources for.

· Provide a summary, explanation and critique of your chosen example/application area in a basic APA formatted document

· 4-6 pages – not including title page and references) that discusses the questions (this should be a coherent/thoughtful paper not a list of questions and answers) below. Be sure to properly cite and reference your sources.

· What was the example/application you selected and why is it important to the overall drone application/practice?

· Summarize the sources used and what the contribute to your description and analysis- when and where were they published?

· What are the current issues/implications of drone use on your example/application area?

· What problems or challenges have been encountered?

· What has been done to address these challenges or problems?

· What are the implications for the wider field of drones/UAVs in the future?
