Task 2.3: Final Assessment

Main task

This is an individual assignment in which you will be required to draft a small business plan including all the elements of the midterm assignment, along with the financial aspects necessary for succeeding. You will be required to determine the unit economics and create a sales budget for the first year of operations. The business plan should include key success metrics by evaluating factors like profitability, market share, customer satisfaction, employee morale, personal goals and more, specific to your small business. An action plan with timelines for going live with your small business should also be included in the small business plan.
