SWOT

 There are a variety of methods used in analyses to help organizations build their strategic plan -- with the most popular being the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats, or in some versions, SWOC, with Challenges instead). The essence of a SWOT analysis is the self-evaluating nature of it. Sure, we can have very well paid consultants come in and tell us what should already know. We can do SWOT analyses for something as simple as grocery shopping.
