Supporting the Initiative

Before putting together your final presentation, have you considered how your ideas could be acted upon? If you are asked to support the initiative by supporting your recommendations, could you? What training, resources, and time would you need to communicate with the leaders and stakeholder groups?

For this assessment, create a list of the steps you would take first and an approximate timeline. You may want to consider drafting this as a table so you can include an estimate of the amount of time you would need to spend on each of the initial steps. This can provide you with additional insight into the recommendations you share, such as the resources needed in time and staffing.
