Per the professor,

I have seen that manufacturing or repair companies do better in these exercises than commercial airline companies. I think you should consider expanding the business model to make the global supply chain element a larger part of the business. 

What product are you planning to import from Australia? What is the cost of getting the prohibited and restricted form from the Australian Border Force?  Do you have land and buildings already for the supply chain?
