Summary writing of Tv program

Write a summary of  the TV  program that you watch which  has to be 3/4 of pages and size 12  of either single or double space.  And Evaluation must be a paragraph , must have your opinion about the programs i.e. if you like or dislike the program and would you recommend the programs to others  . The  TV programs has to be from 

1 . The Learning Channel

2. The Discovery Channel 

3. National Geography 

5. Channel 13

or from youtubes . 

The duration of the program should be 60 min or above .
Title of the Program should be given.   So I need  8 program of 60 mins or above that has 3/4 page summary and evaluation of  1 paragraph for each program.
