Every state has its own evaluation process for teachers. As an administrator, you are going to be evaluating your faculty. If you plan to be a school executive in North Carolina, you will use the tool below. There is an on-line process now, but teachers must still be evaluated on the six standards. Standard 6 was added within the last several months--we are calling it value-added assessment. How much value did the teacher in the classroom add to the students' learning?
