Summary Paper - Providing Supervision to Teachers

Interview a principal or an assistant principal in terms of his or her experience in providing supervision to teachers. Design a series of questions you can ask that will help you in understanding the process in place at that school. What information can you acquire from this administrator that he or she believes will be helpful to you as a new administrator? What are some pitfalls that you can avoid?
