o Identify and explain the main steps involved in Action Research.

o Apply concepts of Action Research and Organizational Development to problems faced by organizations.

· Module 2

o Identify and explain commonly the main steps used in Open Space Technology and Future Search interventions.

o Apply concepts and techniques of Large Group Intervention to organizational situations.

· Module 3

o Identify and explain the key aspects of job redesign including job enrichment, job rotation, and job enlargement.

o Identify and explain the key distinctions between job redesign and job crafting.

· Module 4

o Identify and explain the advantages and disadvantages of Appreciative Inquiry as compared to traditional Organizational Development techniques.

o Understand Appreciative Inquiry concepts and how to apply them to problems faced by organizations.
