Substantive Criminal Law
Using your imagination and the concepts you have learned this week, create a short but detailed story (called a fact pattern) about how members of a family try and complete a crime, but are unable to finish the job. Your story should properly identify each party’s legal role (See Chapter 7, Parties to a Crime) in the criminal endeavor and include an example of at least two of the three inchoate crimes.
