Each awsner  needs to be 200 words with referenc. 

1) What difference does the "Terry Rule" make to law enforcement? Do you feel police need a "stop and frisk" rule? Do you agree that the police should be able to perform a stop and frisk whenever they want?

2)Imagine that you are with some friends walking down the street in a high-crime area. A police officer of a different race than you stops your group, frisks you, and doesn't find anything. How would this make you feel about police officers? How would you feel if the officer had been the same race as you? How do you feel about the courts allowing police to stop and frisk virtually anyone they want in a high-crime area?
