Students will conduct interviews with entrepreneurs who have experience in launching and growing businesses

Students will conduct interviews with entrepreneurs who have experience in launching and growing businesses. The interviews will cover topics related to leadership, human resource management, financial management and operations for growing businesses. Students will write a paper discussing lessons learned from these interviews. The student must interview no fewer than 5 entrepreneurs and/or business owners and must have these approved prior to conducting the interviews. Entrepreneurs must have at least 5 years of experience in their business and have grown beyond 25 employees. The paper must be no fewer than 12 content pages, using APA style.
