1.  Does your company currently have a policy that addresses stress in the workplace?  If so, how often is this addressed.  If not, should they have a policy?  What can you do to help implement this in your company?

2.  How would you convince management and your co-workers that managing stress in the workplace is an important topic?

3.  Do you think that stress contributes to the lack of productivity? Why?  How can it be alleviated?

4.  Does your company have an Employee Assistance Program and are there means to assist employees who are experiencing issues?
