From the knowledge that i've gained in this course, the rationale for health care organizations' adoption of strategic management is simple...it focuses on performance and results.The healthcare field is ever-changing and progressing so by utilizing strategic planning and managing, healthcare organizations can be better equipped for whatever obstacles to come and for future trends. I will utilize the information in my own healthcare career to enhance my skill set and observations.
